Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced kiwis, lime juice, and honey or agave nectar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the kiwi-lime mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  7. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices, if desired.
