Ingredients

- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (optional)
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves or cucumber slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the kiwi slices, cucumber slices, lime juice, and honey (if using).
- Muddle the fruits and honey together to release their juices and flavors.
- Add the sparkling water to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the kiwi cucumber sparkler over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves or cucumber slices if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of honey or agave nectar to your desired sweetness.
- For a stronger cucumber flavor, muddle the cucumber more vigorously.
