- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more or less honey.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen fruit.
- For a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk.
