- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 green apple, cored
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated (optional)
Instructions
- Combine kale, kiwi, green apple, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and ginger (if using) in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add a splash more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter smoothie, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
- You can substitute spinach for kale if preferred.
