- 1 cup kale, stems removed
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 green apple, cored
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Combine kale, kiwi, green apple, cucumber, water, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen kiwi or add a few ice cubes.
