Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 green apple, cored
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine kale, kiwi, green apple, cucumber, water, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
