Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, melted butter, beaten egg, and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
