  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add melted butter and olive oil to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
