A simple and delicious recipe for cheesy ranch potatoes with smoked sausage.

- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage and potatoes.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the sausage and potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of smoked sausage you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of milk if you prefer a thinner sauce.
- For crispier potatoes, you can broil for the last few minutes of baking.
