  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to heat preference)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret first into the milk, then dredge thoroughly in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
  6. While the cauliflower bakes, prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine the honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat until the honey is melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not boil.
  7. Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven. Place the hot cauliflower into a large bowl.
  8. Pour the hot honey glaze over the cauliflower and toss gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
  9. Serve immediately.
