Description
A refreshing mocktail combining the sweetness of honeydew with the coolness of mint.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine honeydew, mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the honeydew mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs or a slice of honeydew.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup to your desired sweetness.
- For a thicker mocktail, use frozen honeydew.
