Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into uniform pieces if using breasts.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, and pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Place the chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
