Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes for a slightly caramelized top.
