A simple recipe for baked salmon with a sweet and savory honey garlic butter glaze.

- 1.5 lb salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes for a slightly caramelized top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
