A refreshing blueberry and lavender cooler, perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 sprigs fresh lavender
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice
- Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine blueberries, lavender sprigs, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove solids.
- Chill the blueberry-lavender syrup in the refrigerator.
- To make a cooler, fill glasses with ice.
- Add about 1/4 cup of syrup to each glass.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs.
- Stir gently and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your taste.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, steep longer.
- Store leftover syrup in the refrigerator for up to a week.
