Ingredients

- 2 bags hibiscus tea or 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice
- Lime slices or fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Steep hibiscus tea bags or dried flowers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and let it cool completely.
- Stir in honey or simple syrup, if desired.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in the cooled hibiscus tea, filling the glass about halfway.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with lime slices or fresh mint.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.
