Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, lime juice, and simple syrup.

- Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Pour in the sparkling water or club soda.

- Pour the hibiscus cooler into glasses filled with ice.

- For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup.
