A refreshing and healthy iced tea packed with antioxidants from hibiscus flowers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey or other sweetener (optional)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 8 cups of water.
- Add hibiscus flowers to the boiling water.
- Steep for 5-10 minutes, or until desired color and flavor are reached.
- Strain the hibiscus flowers from the liquid.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Let the tea cool completely.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust steeping time for stronger or milder flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Add other fruits like berries or mint for variation.
