Ingredients

- 2 large blood oranges
- 2 ripe kiwis
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the blood oranges and separate the segments.
- Peel the kiwis and slice them.
- Place the blood orange segments and kiwi slices into a blender.
- Add the cold water and sweetener, if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Serve immediately over ice cubes.
Notes
- For a thicker drink, reduce the amount of water used.
- You can substitute honey with agave nectar or skip sweetener entirely.
- For extra flavor, add a small slice of fresh ginger before blending.
