- 2 cans (15 ounces each) lychees in syrup, drained
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
- 1 liter cranberry juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Drain lychees and place a blueberry inside each lychee to create the ‘eyeball’ effect.
- In a large punch bowl, combine ginger ale, cranberry juice, lime juice, and grenadine.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Add the prepared lychee ‘eyeballs’ to the punch.
- Add ice cubes just before serving to keep the punch chilled.
- Serve immediately.

- For an even spookier effect, you can freeze the lychee eyeballs beforehand.
