Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine pumpkin puree, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a thicker smoothie, add less almond milk or more ice.
- For a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
