Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Black food coloring for “carving” details

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen mango, pumpkin puree, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. If desired, use a small amount of black food coloring mixed with a tiny bit of water to “draw” a jack-o’-lantern face on the glass or directly onto the smoothie surface.
  5. Serve immediately.

  • For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add a few ice cubes.
