A festive and healthy smoothie perfect for Halloween.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Black food coloring for “carving” details
Instructions
- Combine frozen mango, pumpkin puree, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- If desired, use a small amount of black food coloring mixed with a tiny bit of water to “draw” a jack-o’-lantern face on the glass or directly onto the smoothie surface.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add a few ice cubes.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Ensure your pumpkin puree is 100% pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling.
