Instructions
- Pour a small amount of caramel sauce onto a shallow plate. Dip the rim of your serving glass into the caramel to coat.
- In a pitcher or large glass, combine the apple cider, 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well until the caramel is fully dissolved.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the apple cider mixture over the ice, filling the glass about two-thirds full.
- Top with sparkling water or ginger ale.
