  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into 1-inch rings.
  3. Grill pineapple slices for 3-4 minutes per side, until charred and slightly softened.
  4. Let grilled pineapple cool completely.
  5. Cut grilled pineapple into chunks.
  6. In a large pitcher, combine grilled pineapple chunks, dark rum, white rum, lime juice, grenadine, and simple syrup.
  7. Stir well to combine.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  9. Fill glasses with ice.
  10. Pour rum punch over ice.
