- 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 tomato slices
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices lightly.
- Spread the mashed avocado mixture evenly on one slice of toast.
- Layer the sliced grilled chicken on top of the avocado.
- Place the lettuce leaf and tomato slices over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of toast.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
