Ingredients

  • 8 thin slices prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Slice the apples horizontally into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Remove the core from each slice.
  2. Brush both sides of the apple slices lightly with olive oil.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  4. Grill the apple slices for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the apples soften slightly.
  5. Remove the apples from the grill.
