Ingredients

- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 inch ginger, peeled
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine spinach, kale, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, and ginger in a blender.
- Add water and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust lemon juice to your taste.
- Add more water for a thinner consistency.
- For added sweetness, a touch of honey or maple syrup can be used.
