Ingredients

- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 inch ginger, peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine spinach, kale, green apple, cucumber, lemon juice, and ginger in a blender.
- Add almond milk and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add chia seeds and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency.
- For a sweeter smoothie, add half a banana or a date.
