A refreshing and aromatic spritz made with grapefruit and rosemary.
Ingredients

- 1 large grapefruit
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, plus extra for garnish
- 1 bottle (750 ml) prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- Ice
Instructions
- Juice the grapefruit.
- In a pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice and rosemary sprig. Let it steep for at least 15 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the infused grapefruit juice into the glasses, filling them about one-third full.
- Top with chilled prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh rosemary sprig.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of grapefruit juice to your taste.
- You can also use other citrus fruits like oranges or lemons.
- For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling water instead of prosecco.
