Ingredients

- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- Sprig of fresh rosemary, for garnish
- Grapefruit slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the grapefruit juice and rosemary simple syrup.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a grapefruit slice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- To make rosemary simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then let it steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
