Ingredients

Instructions
- Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.
- Whisk in the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Continue to whisk until the spices are fully combined and the latte is heated through.
- Pour into a mug.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
