Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- For a richer drink, use full-fat milk or add a little coconut oil.
- You can use fresh ginger and turmeric instead of ground.
