- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 teaspoon cornmeal (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust directions, usually around 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Dust a pizza pan or baking sheet with cornmeal.
- Place the gluten free crust on the prepared pan.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the crumbled bacon over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle the hot honey evenly over the entire pizza.
- Slice and serve immediately.
