Description
A refreshing mocktail with cucumber, mint, and lime.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 10–12 mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp simple syrup (or to taste)
- Sparkling water or soda water
- Ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or a glass, muddle the cucumber and mint.
- Add the lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water or soda water.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or mint sprig if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup to your preferred sweetness.
- For a spicier kick, add a thin slice of fresh ginger when muddling.
- You can make a larger batch of the cucumber-mint-lime base and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
