Description

A simple, refreshing, and cool dessert made from yogurt and fresh berries, frozen solid.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Press them lightly into the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bark from the parchment paper and break it into irregular pieces.
  7. Store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For easier removal, you can lightly grease the parchment paper before spreading the yogurt.
  • Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • You can substitute other fruits like sliced bananas or kiwi.
