A simple, refreshing, and cool dessert made from yogurt and fresh berries, frozen solid.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.

- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove the bark from the parchment paper and break it into irregular pieces.
- Store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For easier removal, you can lightly grease the parchment paper before spreading the yogurt.
- Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
- You can substitute other fruits like sliced bananas or kiwi.
