- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, iceberg)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Place the shredded chicken in a bowl and toss with the Buffalo wing sauce until fully coated.
- Arrange the mixed greens on a large platter or in individual bowls to form the base.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients (chicken, eggs, blue cheese, tomatoes, bacon, red onion) in distinct rows over the greens, mimicking a traditional Cobb salad layout.
- Drizzle with dressing, if using, just before serving.

- For a lower-fat option, use Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing.
