Make a quick pizza using pre-made flatbread as the base.
Ingredients

- 2 pieces flatbread
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brush both sides of the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over one side of each flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle oregano over the toppings.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges are slightly crisp.
- Remove from the oven and slice.

- You can substitute your favorite pizza toppings.
- For a crispier crust, place the flatbread directly on the oven rack.
