Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or torn
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border.
  4. Distribute the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  7. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
