A simple recipe for making Margherita pizza on flatbread.

- 1 piece pre-made flatbread
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or torn
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border.
- Distribute the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
Notes
- You can use store-bought pizza sauce if preferred.
- For a crispier crust, place the flatbread directly on an oven rack for the last few minutes of baking.
