Description
Simple baked cauliflower bites coated in everything bagel seasoning.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, flour, milk, and egg to make a thin batter. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until fully coated.
- In a separate shallow dish, mix the everything bagel seasoning and Parmesan cheese, if using.
- Dip each coated cauliflower floret into the seasoning mixture, pressing gently to adhere the seasoning to all sides.
- Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is golden brown and crisp.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the bites lightly with cooking spray before baking.
- Serve with a side of plain Greek yogurt or ranch dressing for dipping.
