Simple recipe for homemade garlic parmesan breadsticks served with a creamy garlic dipping sauce.

- 1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 3 strips.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Arrange the biscuit strips on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with the garlic butter.
- In another small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Bake the breadsticks for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the breadsticks from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve the warm breadsticks with the garlic dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra garlic flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the dipping sauce.
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use dried parsley.
