A refreshing and cooling drink made with cucumber, mint, and lime.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Water or club soda (optional)
Instructions
- Combine cucumber and mint in a blender.
- Add lime juice and simple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add ice cubes.
- Top with water or club soda if desired.
- Stir well and serve.
