Description
Make crispy potato wedges seasoned with jerk spice in the oven.

- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning blend
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Do not peel the potatoes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
- Add the jerk seasoning blend, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until the spices adhere to all the wedges.
- Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the wedges do not touch.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning.
- Adjust the amount of jerk seasoning based on your preference for spice level.
