Ingredients

- 1 cup hulled sesame seeds
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Soak sesame seeds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the sesame seeds.
- Combine soaked sesame seeds, fresh water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Pour the sesame milk into an airtight container and refrigerate.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use less water.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
