Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
  • 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the drained green beans.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the crispy fried onions evenly over the top.
  7. Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.

Notes

  • You can substitute cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom soup if desired.
