A simple recipe for a refreshing orange and vanilla ice cream soda.
Ingredients

- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup orange soda, chilled
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon orange extract (optional)
Instructions
- Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass.
- Slowly pour the chilled orange soda over the ice cream.
- In a separate small bowl, lightly whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. If using, mix in the orange extract.
- Spoon the whipped cream on top of the soda.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, use orange sherbet instead of vanilla ice cream.
