Description

A simple recipe for a refreshing orange and vanilla ice cream soda.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup orange soda, chilled
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass.
  2. Slowly pour the chilled orange soda over the ice cream.
  3. In a separate small bowl, lightly whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. If using, mix in the orange extract.
  4. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the soda.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • For a stronger orange flavor, use orange sherbet instead of vanilla ice cream.
  • Chill your glass before starting for a colder drink.
