Description
A simple recipe for baked brie topped with cranberry sauce, perfect as an appetizer.

- 1 wheel brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the brie wheel in the center of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If using puff pastry, wrap the brie completely with the pastry, sealing the edges. If not using pastry, proceed to the next step.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce, if desired.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and the pastry (if used) is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve immediately with crackers or slices of baguette for dipping.
- You can substitute homemade cranberry sauce for store-bought.
