Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, beets, and water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup (if using) and lemon juice.
- Serve chilled.
