- 4 cups cold water
Instructions
- Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a pitcher or jar.
- Stir to ensure all grounds are wet.
- Cover and steep in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours.
- Strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve over ice.
