Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (or to taste)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Place the mint leaves and simple syrup in a sturdy glass. Gently muddle the mint to release its oils.
- Add the shredded coconut and lime juice to the glass. Stir briefly.
- Pour in the chilled green tea and coconut water. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a fresh mint sprig before serving.
Notes
- To make simple syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water until the sugar dissolves. Cool before using.
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
- Use high-quality coconut water for the best flavor.
