Description

A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with coconut and mango flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned, light)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen mango chunks, coconut milk, orange juice, lime juice, and optional sweetener into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Add a splash more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mango mixture evenly into the two glasses.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Stir gently before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker drink, use frozen mango and reduce the amount of added liquid slightly.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh mango or a lime wheel.
