A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with coconut and mango flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned, light)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the frozen mango chunks, coconut milk, orange juice, lime juice, and optional sweetener into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth. Add a splash more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the mango mixture evenly into the two glasses.
- Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker drink, use frozen mango and reduce the amount of added liquid slightly.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh mango or a lime wheel.
