- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Add a few ice cubes if desired.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweetener to your preference.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or more ice.
- You can add other ingredients like banana, spinach, or protein powder.
