Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine water, orange juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, and ground turmeric in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat gently over medium heat until warm, but do not boil.
  3. Stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into an ice cube tray.
  6. Freeze until solid.
  7. Pop out the ice cubes and store them in a freezer-safe bag or container.
