Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Combine water, orange juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, and ground turmeric in a small saucepan.
- Heat gently over medium heat until warm, but do not boil.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into an ice cube tray.
- Freeze until solid.
- Pop out the ice cubes and store them in a freezer-safe bag or container.
